Work in the vineyards: pruning
Started in December to end in March. It consists in cutting the branches which have developed during the previous year to reform the next harvest on new branches in order to obtain a good harvest.

The seasonal cocktail, with Cabernet and red fruits
Ingredients:
• 75 cl Cabernet d'Anjou
• 10 cL raspberry syrup
• 50 cL lemonade
• 2 fresh peaches or in syrup
• 125 g fresh raspberries
• 125 g strawberries
• The juice of 2 lemons
• White sugar
Production:
• Add the wine, raspberry syrup and lemonade
• Add the fruit
• Let stand at least 6 hours in the refrigerator.
Serve chilled, possibly accompanied by a few frosted raspberries.
